BACKGROUND & CHALLENGES
CTL direct liquefaction project is one of the most important national technology developed by this major CTO company, who is listed as one of the top 500 enterprises in China and top 20 coal enterprises in China, with annual production capacity of 160 thousand tons of Phase I project. In order to optimum the production process, recover valuable oxy-compounds and recycle water, oil water separation system is essential. The wastewater from CTL system has very high COD pollutant and highly emulsifying oil, which is hard for degradation, also the alcohols could improve the solubility of oil in water, so that the conventional oil removal hardly solve the above problem without additional dosage.
LAND ECO SOLUTION
For the subject purpose, to solve the unique problems, LAND ECO tailored the oil removal system according to the data from pilot test. The customized solution provided by LAND ECO is an effective and compact system, consisted of a bag filter, an AC filter and three-stage GOS units, utilizing LAND ECO patented technology and specific modified material, to separate and remove oil at varied oil concentrations.
