OBJECTIVE OF TREATMENT
Remove oil from condense water to enable the water quality meet the discharging regulation. The oil content should be no more than 3mg/L.
BACKGROUND & CHALLENGES
The oil content of condense water from Chunxiao Oil Field was very high, up to 100ppm. In order to lower the oil content of condense water for discharging purpose, based on research result, CNOOC decided to have LAND ECO GOS series equipment to separating oil from condense water.
LAND ECO SOLUTION
LAND ECO has provided the customized and engineered system, consisting of two-stages oil-water separators for Chunxiao CEP Platform, working in a group mounted at a same assembly base plate. The system is modularly designed with simple operation and low maintenance, which enable the treated water perfectly meeting discharging requirement.
