OBJECTIVE OF TREATMENT
Remove suspended solids and oil from condense water to enable the water quality meet the discharging regulation. The oil content should be no more than 3mg/L.
BACKGROUND & CHALLENGES
In order to decrease the oil content in the production water (condense water) in the Dongfang Oil Platform 1-1 to no more than 3 ppm, to meet the discharging regulation, one set of oil-water separation system has been provided. The condense water treated by GOS series oil-water separators gets into the gas stripping tank for further gas stripping treatment to remove carbon-5 and other foreign materials.
LAND ECO SOLUTION
LAND ECO has provided the customized and engineered system, consisting of a KGOL filter and a set of two-stages GOS series oil-water separators working in a group mounted at a same assembly base plate. The system is modularly designed with simple operation and low maintenance, which enable the treated water perfectly meeting discharging requirement.
